Making an industry leap to real estate since 2012 has been very rewarding where she utilizes her communication, marketing and negotiation skills acquired from her 20 years in the automotive industry. She works full time in every aspect of the industry representing sellers, buyers, investors in both residential and the commercial markets. After six successful years at Coldwell Banker as a Realtor, she joined Lead Consulting Group LLC. Canan received her real estate broker license in August 2019. She opened her own office Epic Solutions Realty in Boca Raton on May 1, 2019.

A Florida resident since 2007, Canan is an enthusiastic member of the community and loves sharing with her clients what SouthEast Florida has to offer. She is married to her husband of 24 years and they reside in Boca Raton. Canan grew up in Michigan where she received her BS degree from Michigan State University and later she received her MS degree from Franklin Pierce University, NH. She has also had extensive training from Dale Carnegie. She believes in continued education in real estate.

Ms. Ulker-Cigtas has over 20 years of professional experience in the Information Technology (IT) and services industries and over 15 years experience in asset management technologies. This experience has included applying both her technical and functional skills for assessments, implementations, integrations, deployments, security and technology team/client liaison.

Ms. Ulker-Cigtas is also a certified Facilities Manager, and she has managed 500+ room hospitality facilities. She also assisted in the purchase of and managed several investment real estate properties.

As a South Florida native, Mr. Marc Claus is committed to sharing his extensive knowledge of the area to provide a personalized experience and optimal results for his clients. Since attending Cardinal Gibbons High School in Fort Lauderdale and the University of North Florida, Marc has taken his 20+ years of sales experience in the hospitality and construction industries, and combined it with his familiarity of the local lifestyles and communities to pursue a career in real estate. By watching area cities and neighborhoods evolve over the years, while also having both owned and invested in properties himself, Marc has developed an understanding of what makes each community unique and how to guide his clients in the right direction.

Cigdem Alaman Gonzalez

Cigdem has a passion for Real Estate, and helping clients achieve their goals. 

After graduating from FAU, Cigdem received her Realtor’s license. She has eight years of experience and has assisted many clients. As a Realtor, her first priority is to make her clients happy. She listens to her clients’ wants and needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction and she strives to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free. Cigdem’s clients can count on her any time of day when they have a question or concern. Her business is based on more than 80 percent referrals from satisfied clients. She has extensive knowledge and experience in Broward County and partially in Miami-Dade County. Cigdem and her husband are the sole owners of their fix and flip business. They do home restoration and remodeling services as well. Cigdem can also help you to take your investment opportunity to the next level.

When Cigdem is not assisting her real estate clients, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She participates in clubs, society, volunteer groups and enjoys her hobbies. She is also a Board member of the Turkish American Real Estate  Professionals Association (TARA). She speaks Turkish, English and Spanish. Cigdem is married and has a 4 year old daughter.

Ceyda huri hergul

Ceyda Hergul began her carrier in Türkiye as a real estate attorney. She took the method approach to empathize with her clients. She is helping them to invest by buying and selling locally and globally. Besides, she did experience every other step of moving to another country as a real estate vise. She was doing property management simultaneously for her clients, with more than 70% of her clients coming from her delighted past customers. After ten years of practicing, she would like to dive into Florida real estate market. She knows the ins and outs when it comes to investment and moving.

Ceyda desires to make every transaction as smooth and stress-free as possible. However, she recognizes that her clients should be prioritized over all else, staying committed to their interests and decisions.

When she is not busy helping clients or volunteering, she enjoys spending time with her two cats, making candles, roller skating, and lots and lots of reading.
