Mehmet graduated from Istanbul University Dental School and completed his postgraduate studies in Prosthodontics at the University of Kentucky. After his academic career, he shifted into entrepreneurship, manufacturing yachts and running his own charter operations. Over time, he expanded into international real estate investment and development and leading projects across several countries. With extensive experience navigating complex national and international business ventures, he built a strong background in negotiation, deal-making, and strategic growth—experience that now defines his work and commitment as a real estate agent.

Seda, a licensed real estate professional with a robust background in sales, marketing, and interior design, brings a unique blend of skills to our team of Epic Solutions Realty and to the Florida real estate industry.

Having facilitated partnerships between landowners and developers in the execution of housing projects honed her ability to create deals from scratch, navigate parties through complex negotiations and ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for all.

In addition to her experience in project developments, she has a passion for interior design and decoration enabling her to transform spaces to meet the aesthetic and functional needs of the clients when listing, selling their homes through her eye for design and staging in a timely and expedited manner.

Attentive and enthusiastic by nature and European by descent, she supports her community with ease by taking active role as a member of the design review and beautification committee in Boca Raton where she currently resides as a homeowner and an investor herself.

Her competitive educational background, holding a BA from the no 1 ranking university in Istanbul, Bosphorus University, and her executive MBA scaffolds her throughout her career line. Before entering real estate, she spent many years in the media and advertising industry, working with leading international brands and developing expertise in strategic planning, marketing, negotiation, and data-driven decision-making.

Today, she applies that experience to help buyers and sellers navigate the South Florida real estate market with confidence. Her strong marketing perspective and analytical background allow her to approach each property strategically, from pricing and positioning to promotion and negotiation.

Originally from Istanbul and now based in Palm Beach County, Nazan is bilingual in English and Turkish and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics. She is committed to providing personalized service, clear communication, and thoughtful guidance throughout every stage of the real estate process.

Janin carries the values of hard work, integrity and outstanding customer service into everything she does.

She is licensed and experienced since 2018. Twenty four years of experience in the aviation and service industry determines her to provide superior value in her work. Gokhan Sahinoglu licensed real estate professional is also a highly
experienced consultant involved in a wide range of projects and
opportunities in representing buyers, sellers and investors. His attention to
detail, relationships and ability to communicate the processes provide best
in class services, consultancy to local as well as foreign investors and our
clients.
Gokhan brings his vision as an Architect and interior designer over 25
years’ experience to his real estate career. He has demonstrated high
quality re-modeling and construction for luxury residentials such as
single-family homes, high-rise residential homes (ex. Armani Casa
Residences, Sunny Isles FL) around Europe and throughout South Florida.

Basak is a senior urban planner and a licensed real estate professional. Originally
from Izmir and having spent many years in Istanbul, she’s now based in Boca Raton,
Florida.
Her education and work experience have given her a broad perspective and a knack
for solving complex problems. Completing her PhD not only deepened her
knowledge but also sharpened her critical thinking and strategic planning skills.
In her career, Basak has actively participated in many of Turkey’s major spatial and
environmental staretegic planning projects, collaborating with universities, local, and
state governments. She also worked in Turkey’s biggest retail chain where handling
expansion strategies and commercial leasing.
Now, she brings all her expertise to the real estate sector, offering tailored solutions
that meet the unique needs and expectations of her clients.

Mine Yuksel is an experienced Manager of Business Administration at Macy’s Department in Boca Raton, Florida, and a member of their Colleague Resource Group Community.

Because of her experience in retail management, she is highly knowledgeable about running
operations in a large department store efficiently.

As a function of Human Resources, Mine’s core values include acceptance, empathy, and a work/life balance. Additionally, she eschews respect, honesty, and integrity.

One of the things that Mine is most proud of was her nomination at Macy’s as the” Most Valuable Coach” two times.

Mine was born in Adana, a beautiful town in southern Turkey where she grew up as the oldest of three children. She received her BA degree at Mersin University in Mersin, Turkey, and her BA in Management & Leadership at Dowling College in Islip, NY when she relocated to the United States.

She is bilingual and speaks both Turkish and English.

She enjoys traveling to exotic places.

Brandon Hampton is a Social Media and Marketing Manager committed to client satisfaction. He also has over ten years of experience within the insurance industry and he holds licenses in both Property/Casualty, and Life/Health. He prides himself on building close relationships with his clients by working diligently with them to make sure all needs are met, and any expectations are exceeded.

Growing up, he intended on being a firefighter, but found that working within the customer service industry still allowed him the opportunity to protect people and the things they love and cherish. In his free time, Brandon enjoys all things music: writing songs, singing, and playing guitar. He is also an avid animal lover, and proud owner of two cats: Marmalade and Toshi.
